Ep. 38: All the President's Men (1976)

Our current 'Cinema under Glass' series continues with 1976's "All the President's Men", starring Robert Redford & Dustin Hoffman. This film takes an in depth look at the very FIRST time a scandal had the suffix "gate" added to the end of its name! We all know Woodward & Bernstein were great at digging up dirt, but how were they at being friends?!

Las Películas Sábados Gigantes got things back on track at The Cinemarijuana Theatre this week. With all of the holiday hustle and bustle, we forgot for a second that we were smack dab in the middle of CINEMA UNDER GLASS: CHICKS b4 DICKS/BROS b4 HOS. We sought to rectify this situation by screening the most journalistic of political buddy flicks, "All the President's Men" from 1976. How much did we like it? How informed were we historically speaking? And most importantly, who was hotter: Jack Warden, or Marty Balsam? Why not press play, and take a slide inside our cinema?
